Head coach/owner of CrossFit BAM, Jesse Mercado. Comes with a multi-sport background ranging from: Swimming, Martial Arts, Wrestling, Football, Baseball & much more. Completed his athletic career as a Collegiate Wrestler. Coached & trained Cheerleading, Dance, Wrestling, Football, Track & Volleyball both at the Youth & High School level. He's worked with different age groups (Children, Teens, Adults, Seniors) helping them acheive a higher level of fitness. His Character, Kindness, Knowledge, Patience & love for fitness is what makes him a top notch coach.
Our CrossFit Class is a 1 hour structured program involving No routines—everyday is a new, challenging combination of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight, and cardio movements created to push your fitness to the next level. We guarantee to make you stronger, faster, and leaner.
Our Sweat Class consists of a 45-60 minute cardio and core-intensive workouts that don't require
any experience, but do require willingness to work hard! With a focus on dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio, and bodyweight movements, Sweat is a great way to burn off those extra pounds!
Our Olympic Lifting Class is a 45-60 minute technique breakdown & Olympic strength building program that won't require any experience, but will require the readiness to fine tune your weight lifting technique! With a focus on Clean & Jerk as well as the Snatch & Squat.
